Upcoming Speaking Events and Conferences in 2027 We Recommend You Attend
As we approach the end of 2026, it’s time to start preparing for 2027! For us at Human Connection Speakers, we are getting ready for what’s to come, and our own keynote speakers have a lot to look forward to. A great keynote speaker has the power to inspire people to go and start a business, pursue a new career, or become a better leader in their workplace. Many of the events we cover on this blog will spotlight that process even more.
The U.S. will be hosting a wide range of different speaking events and conferences in the coming year. All of them will feature a wide range of speakers who will cover the topics you’re looking for. We want to make sure you’re aware of them so that you can plan and attend, and maybe you might just see one of our very own attend it!
In this blog, we will tell you about several upcoming speaking events and conferences happening in 2027 that we recommend you attend.
TEDNext 2027 and TED2027
TED is a very synonymous name with public speaking events to the point where they have become the gold standard of what you associate public speaking with. TEDNext will be taking place on November 17-19, 2027, in Atlanta, GA, and TED2027 will take place on March 1-4, in San Diego, California. These conferences bring over some of the brightest minds in the world to speak on many different topics across a broad selection of industries to represent.
When you attend a conference as big as these, you will find that exposing yourself to all these different people and what they have to say will change your perspective on not just yourself, but maybe make you think differently about a lot more than just that. Our very own Brian Miller has actually worked with TEDx before and won awards for the speeches he wrote for them. We’ve talked about this in a blog that we recommend you read!
SXSW 2027
SXSW 2027 (or South by Southwest as it goes by) is one of the biggest conferences and speaking events in the country every year. Next year it will take place in Austin, Texas, on March 15-21. At an event like this, you will see keynote speakers talk about entertainment, media, business, technology, and so much more. If you’re an upcoming entrepreneur and want to get a foot in these industries, this event is just for you.
Several keynote speakers have already been confirmed, including futurist Amy Webb and AI researcher Timnit Gebru. Amy is someone who studies how the world works right now by looking at current trends, future events, and the signals of change that could come very soon. Timnit will speak to you about the changing landscape of AI and where it could be going in the future.
PCMA Convening Leaders 2027
Taking place on January 10-13, in Miami Beach, Florida, this event will give you everything you’re looking for if you’re someone who’s interested in business leadership, amongst other topics like economics or global affairs. As of right now, some of the confirmed speakers for this event are AI advisor Zack Kass, former U.S. President George W. Bush, and his daughter Barbara Bush, as well as journalist and economist Rana Foroohar.
This lineup of keynote speakers certainly encourages having discussions about the qualities of leadership while factoring in global affairs and economics. These insights will help you exchange ideas with people facing similar circumstances. A speaking event all about what it means to become a great leader.
LIFT Atlanta 2027
Speaking about speaking is the name of the game for an event like LIFT that will be in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 19-21 next year. If you’re someone who wants to become a keynote speaker yourself and learn from the best of the best, this is the event for you.
It’s organized through the National Speakers Association, and they come to this event to teach people how they can improve their speaking performances. This will help you network with more people if you want to better yourself and maybe, just maybe, get involved with even bigger speaking events.
These are just a handful of examples that we wanted to speak about that we recommend that you attend! There are many other speaking conferences and events happening around the country all year. These will be a great way for you to get a foot in the door if you want to gain experience and understand all there’s to offer from the topics that are spoken about.
And who knows, you might just see one of our speakers attend these events! They are always going around to be a keynote speaker for organizations and have learned a lot from going to these events themselves. If you have any questions or are looking for one of our speakers to be booked at your own event, reach out through our contact form, and we will get back to you when we can!
